上海我加网络科技有限公司（以下简称「我们」）重视您的个人信息保护。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储和保护与您使用「速记宝」移动应用（以下简称「本软件」）相关的信息。请您在使用前仔细阅读；您使用或继续使用本软件，即表示您理解并同意本政策。
1.1 您创建或保存在本机的内容：如记事、记账、记人、图片、名片识别结果等，主要用于向您提供记录、检索与导出（若开通）等功能，默认以本地存储为主。
1.2 设备与日志信息：为保障安全与稳定，我们可能收集设备型号、系统版本、应用版本、崩溃日志等，用于诊断与改进；通常去标识化或聚合处理。
1.3 系统权限：我们可能按需申请相机、相册、麦克风、语音识别等权限，仅在您使用对应功能时调用；您可在系统设置中管理。
1.4 应用内购买：交易由应用商店处理；我们可能收到订单标识、订阅状态等有限信息，用于履约与恢复购买，不直接收集完整银行卡号。
本软件主要为客户端应用。若未来在网页或内嵌页面使用 Cookie 或同类技术，我们将更新本政策或页面说明。
3.1 业务数据以本地存储为主；我们采取合理措施防止未经授权的访问、泄露、篡改或丢失。
3.2 除法律另有规定外，我们在实现目的所必需的最短期限内保存信息；超期将删除或匿名化。
4.1 我们不会出售您的个人信息。仅在获得同意、法律法规要求、或为提供服务所必需且受约束的合作伙伴（如云或分析服务，以实际为准）在最小必要范围内共享时，才可能共享。
4.2 合并、分立或资产转让时，我们将要求继受方继续受本政策约束或重新取得同意。
在适用法律允许范围内，您可对个人信息行使访问、更正、删除、撤回同意、限制处理等权利；可通过本软件功能管理本地数据，或通过下方联系方式与我们联系。
若您为未成年人，请在监护人指导下使用。我们不会主动收集未成年人信息；监护人发现误提供的，请联系我们。
原则上在中华人民共和国境内处理个人信息。如需跨境传输，我们将依法履行安全评估、标准合同或单独同意等义务。
我们可能修订本政策；重大变更将通过软件内提示或公告告知。继续使用即表示同意更新后的政策。

Shanghai WoJia Network Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information related to your use of the “Suji Bao” / “Flowday” mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you acknowledge this Policy.
1.1 Content you create or store locally (notes, finance entries, contacts, images, card scans, etc.) is used to provide core features and is primarily stored on your device.
1.2 Device and log data (model, OS version, app version, crash logs) may be collected for security and improvement, often in de-identified or aggregated form.
1.3 Permissions (camera, photos, microphone, speech recognition) are requested only when needed for a feature.
1.4 In-app purchases are processed by app stores; we may receive limited data (e.g. transaction IDs, subscription status) to fulfil orders and restore purchases, not full card numbers.
The App is primarily a client application. If we use cookies or similar technologies in web views, we will update this Policy or on-page notices.
3.1 Your data is primarily stored locally. We use reasonable safeguards against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
3.2 We retain information only as long as necessary unless law requires otherwise; thereafter we delete or anonymize it.
4.1 We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with consent, when required by law, or with processors (e.g. cloud or analytics) bound by contract, only as needed.
4.2 In mergers or transfers, we require successors to honour this Policy or obtain your consent.
Where applicable law allows, you may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or restriction. You can manage local data in the App or contact us below.
If you are a minor, please use the App with a guardian. We do not knowingly collect children’s data; contact us if you believe we have.
We generally process personal information within mainland China. Cross-border transfers will follow applicable laws (e.g. security assessment, standard clauses, or consent).
We may update this Policy; material changes will be notified in-app or by notice. Continued use means you accept the updated Policy.
