欢迎您使用「速记宝」软件（以下简称「本软件」）。请您在开始使用前认真阅读本协议。您下载、安装、使用本软件或购买会员等行为，即表示您已阅读并同意受本协议约束。若您不同意，请停止使用本软件。本软件由上海我加网络科技有限公司（以下简称「我们」或「运营商」）运营。您与我们均受中华人民共和国法律法规管辖。
1.1 本软件为轻量记录类工具，向您提供记事、记账、记人及与此相关的辅助能力（如名片识别、语音转写等，以实际版本为准）。具体功能以各应用商店展示及软件内实际提供为准。我们可能因产品迭代、合规或技术条件对功能进行调整、升级、暂停或终止；如涉及影响您重大权益的变更，我们将以合理方式提示。
2.1 您应保证使用本软件时遵守法律法规及公序良俗，不得利用本软件从事违法、侵权、骚扰、传播恶意程序或干扰他人合法权益等行为。
2.2 您在本软件中录入、存储、导出的内容（包括文字、图片、联系人信息等）由您自行负责其合法性、准确性及不侵害第三方权利。
2.3 您应妥善保管设备与系统权限，防止他人未经授权访问您的本地数据。
3.1 本软件可能提供免费与付费（含自动续期订阅、非消耗型或消耗型项目等，以应用商店展示为准）相结合的模式。价格、权益以购买页面及平台规则为准。
3.2 自动续期订阅：除非您在当前计费周期结束前按平台规则取消，否则可能自动续费；扣费由 App Store、Google Play 或合规的国内应用商店处理。
3.3 您可通过平台入口管理或取消订阅。
3.4 除法律法规或平台政策另有规定外，已完成的交易通常不适用随意退款。
4.1 本软件所含的界面、标识、代码、文档等知识产权归我们或合法权利人所有。未经许可，您不得复制、修改、反向工程、传播或用于商业目的。
4.2 您保留对您自行创作内容之合法权利；为提供与改进服务，您授予我们在必要范围内处理该内容的许可，该许可随您删除本地数据或服务终止而受限。
5.1 本软件按「现状」与「可得性」提供；我们不保证无中断、无错误或无漏洞。
5.2 因不可抗力、第三方服务、网络、OCR/语音识别、您自身设备或操作导致的损失，我们在法律法规允许范围内不承担责任或仅承担有限责任。
5.3 对间接、附带、惩罚性损害，我们在法律允许范围内不承担责任。
6.1 我们可能修订本协议并在本页面或软件内提示；继续使用视为接受。
6.2 您可随时停止使用；我们也可依法中止或终止服务。
7.1 本协议适用中华人民共和国大陆地区法律（不含冲突法）。
7.2 争议应协商解决；协商不成的，提交运营商住所地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。

Welcome to the “Suji Bao” / “Flowday” application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, using the App, or purchasing memberships, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the App. The App is operated by Shanghai WoJia Network Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or the “Operator”). You and we are subject to the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
1.1 The App is a lightweight productivity tool for notes, finance records, contacts, and related features (e.g. business card capture, speech-to-text), as actually shipped. Features are as listed in app stores and in-app. We may change, upgrade, suspend, or discontinue features; material changes will be communicated reasonably.
2.1 You must comply with applicable laws and public order. You may not use the App for unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful activities.
2.2 You are solely responsible for content you enter, store, or export (text, images, contact data, etc.).
2.3 You must protect your device and permissions against unauthorized access to your data.
3.1 The App may offer free and paid features (including auto-renewing subscriptions and other items as shown in stores). Prices and entitlements follow the purchase screen and store rules.
3.2 Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or as required by the store). Billing is processed by the App Store, Google Play, or your compliant local store.
3.3 You may manage or cancel subscriptions through the store.
3.4 Refunds follow store policies and applicable law.
4.1 UI, marks, code, and documentation are owned by us or licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit them without permission.
4.2 You retain rights in your own content; you grant us a limited licence to process it as needed to provide and improve the service, subject to deletion and termination.
5.1 The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, third-party services, networks, OCR/speech, your device, or your actions.
5.3 We exclude indirect, incidental, or punitive damages where allowed.
6.1 We may amend these Terms and notify you in-app or on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
6.2 You may stop using the App at any time; we may suspend or terminate service as permitted by law.
7.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China (excluding conflict-of-law rules).
7.2 Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent people’s court at the Operator’s domicile.
